Will is a mining industry entrepreneur and experienced management consultant with a network of senior professionals from across the sector.
His contacts include Executive/Board, NED’s, functional corporate leaders and managers in operations and project development at site. He also works extensively with the mining finance community, including Private Equity firms, trading houses, funds, banks, family offices and associated mining investors including advising on deals, particularly during PE due diligence processes.
In a career spanning sixteen years, Will has delivered consultancy, executive search, mining recruitment and advisory services to a global client base spanning every continent and more than 45 countries and has helped generate significant shareholder value.
Before founding Stratum International in 2012, Will established and managed the International and Emerging Markets Mining Desk for a NASDAQ-listed executive search firm.
