Annelize has over 20 years of HR and Recruitment experience, including the last 15 years in mining. She started her career as a Management & Development Consultant and became an Assessments and Psychometrics expert. She then commenced a career in recruitment with companies including Daimler-Chrysler and Vodacom.
She has extensive mining recruitment consultancy experience and has also worked in the EPCM space with Fluor’s TRS Staffing. Over the last 15 years, she has developed extensive networks in the mining industry at a senior level, focused on hiring for key business-critical mining leadership roles (including site/asset-based technical and commercial management roles) across the globe.
