Over the last 12 years, Nicky’s focus shifted exclusively to the global mining recruitment industry, having successfully placed more than 180 mining professionals.
Specialising in management and technical mining recruitment, Nicky has forged an excellent reputation amongst leadership and site-based technical professionals. Nicky’s experience includes exploration, greenfield startup projects, producing mines and HQ roles. Clients include leading major, mid-tier and junior miners, as well as EPCM’s and suppliers.
